Return & Refund Policy

You have 14 (fourteen) of calendar days to return an item from the day you received it ONLY if the product itself is damaged (not packaging). We do not accept returns JUST BECAUSE. This meaning, we will only accept returns If the product is not working in the manner it is supposed to, OR the product was somehow tampered with. 

The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received. Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect it. We will send you an email to confirm that your item has been received, and then follow up with another email once the application has been processed to let you know your return was approved. If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment. A refund will be processed within three business days upon receipt of the return, and the refund may take up to 1-3 weeks to go back to the customer’s payment source.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR USED PRODUCTS. WE WILL ONLY REFUND THE ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN USED, FOR SANITARY PURPOSES. 

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped out same day or 1-2 days after placing orders. Please allow approximately 3-4 business days for any order to be delivered after being shipped out. After orders are shipped, we are not responsible for LOST , DAMAGED or MISS-MARKED packages. If you have any issues with your products, or are un-happy with your purchase, please let us know within the first 7 days of receiving your order (Used or opened products cannot be accepted unless a problem is specified). If you provide us with the incorrect address upon purchasing, you need to contact us immediately after the order has been placed otherwise you are responsible for any additional costs needed if your order is returned to sender. 

If package was not delivered as noted with tracking number you must contact your local USPS location. As we are not the ones who physically deliver the goods we are not responsible for anything that happens after your package is dropped off. A claim must be opened with USPS for any refunds or settlements. As we are a small business we cannot REFUND any products that are marked “DELIVERED.”
